Commitment to Achieving Net Zero
Connect Property is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.
Baseline Emissions Footprint
Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. They are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.
Baseline Year: 2025

Additional Details relating to the Baseline Emissions calculations:
| Emissions | Total (tCO2e) |
| Scope 1 | 𝟏𝟒. 𝟗𝟖 tCO𝟐𝒆 (Includes 3.39 tCO2𝑒 upstream WTT) |
| Scope 2 | 0* |
| Scope 3 | 𝟑𝟏𝟒. 𝟗𝟗 tCO𝟐𝒆 (Includes the fuel’s WTT 3.39) |
| Total Emissions | 𝟑𝟐𝟗. 𝟓𝟖 tCO𝟐𝒆 |
*100% of our electricity supplied is renewable, backed by certificates of renewable energy guarantees of origin. Emission factor compliant with the GHG Protocol Scope 2 guidance.
