Sportsman’s Christmas Lunch 2025
Connect Property was honoured to attend the Sportsman’s Christmas Lunch 2025, this cherished annual event brought together nearly 900 guests in a spirit of festive camaraderie, heartfelt reflection, and unwavering support for mental health causes.
The lunch served as a powerful platform to honour the legacy of the late boxing legend Ricky Hatton, raising vital funds and awareness for The Ricky Hatton Foundation. Established in his memory, the Foundation continues Ricky’s brave advocacy by following his mission to:
- Raise awareness of mental health challenges
- Remove the stigma that prevents people from speaking up
- Educate and support through community programmes, outreach, and practical resources
- Offer direct support through talking therapies
- Be there, in the corner of those struggling with their mental health, so they know that no one has to fight this alone
The afternoon embodied a collective drive to move forward together. Through every ticket purchased, donation made, raffle supported, and connection forged, attendees contributed to real, lasting impact, keeping Ricky’s vital message alive: that it’s okay not to be okay, and that with unity and passion, we can stand stronger side by side.
