STAGE 1

Register your requirements

We firstly need to know all of your requirements. You can register your information with us in various ways. You can contact our office directly by telephone or register your details online through our Register Your Details under the Tenants tab.

STAGE 2

Finding your new home

Finding your perfect property can be time-consuming, that is why we take care of the entire process for you. We will provide you with a list of properties which match your requirements. If we do not have any available immediately, as soon as one comes available, we will contact you to arrange a viewing.

STAGE 3

Viewings

All of our negotiators are extremely flexible with their viewing times. We understand that you may need to book a late appointment on a weekday or a weekend viewing and we will always try our best to accommodate you. You can either meet directly at the property or alternatively, you can meet at our office and your agent will chauffeur you to the property.

STAGE 4

Making an Offer

Once you have decided that the property you have seen is what you are looking for, we will negotiate the offer on your behalf and come to an arrangement where both you and the Landlord are happy to proceed.

STAGE 5

Reference Checks & Holding Deposits

If your offer is accepted, we will ask for two weeks rent plus the administration fee to secure the property from other Tenants and take the property off of the market. We will then commence the referencing process.

STAGE 6

Finalising your Move

Once our referencing agency has confirmed that you meet the requirements for the property, you will need to sign the tenancy agreement and pay any outstanding balances.

STAGE 7

MOVE IN

On the day your tenancy agreement commences, you will be provided with a set of keys per person named on the tenancy agreement. If your property is managed by us, we will provide you with all of the necessary information relating to your tenancy and check you in to your new home.
