Once you have found your property and the landlord has accepted the offer: Below is a list of what the tenant is expected to pay.

Administration Fee: £150.00 Per Person

This is a fixed fee and will cover the cost of creating the tenancy agreement, negotiating the tenancy, conducting professional references and credit check on each applicant.

Check In fee:

A Check in fee of £195.00 is required prior to move in. This is for a professional inventory, Check in and check out fee.

Deposit: 6 weeks Deposit

This is taken at the beginning of the tenancy and registered with the DPS.

Landlord Fees:

Let Only: 8% – Including VAT – Services included in this fee are as follows: Valuations, Marketing, Viewings, Arranging Certificates, Tenancy Agreements, Collection Funds, Payments, Extending or Renewing tenancy agreements and Registering Deposits.

Full Management: 10% – Including VAT – In addition to the let only services we also offer: Inventory Managements, Check-ins, Contacting Utility Companies, Rent Collection, Monthly Statements, Outgoing Management, Repairs, Inspections, Checkouts.

Renewal Fees:

Let Only:  3% – Including VAT – Services include renewing the tenancy agreement.
