We, therefore, pride ourselves on being members of The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme and a member of The Property Ombudsman for Residential Lettings. As we are based in The London Borough of Enfield, we have been dealing with the Local Authority for years in relation to Council Tax, Parking Services and various property related departments. We are therefore members of the London Borough of Enfield’s Responsible Landlord Scheme (RLA) where vigorous checks were carried out on a random selection of our portfolio to ensure that all tenancy agreements are correctly filled in, the properties are being well maintained and all certificates are up-to-date and valid. Our Head of Leasing & Property Management is constantly attending seminars and lectures keeping Connect up-to-date on any changes and important updates for the industry.
